The Core Golf Swing Exercise

Karen Palacios-Jansen's body motion golf swing exercise will help you improve your turn and weight shift and get ready to play well.
Core Golf Swings

1. Hold a golf club between your hands at both ends as shown in the video.

2. Assume a golf stance with an athletic posture.

3. Make a backswing trying to simulate your golf swing as much as possible, keeping your arms extended and your eyes looking down at where the ball would be.

4. Initiate the downswing as a normal swing and try to follow-through as much as possible.

5. Finish in balance.

6. Begin slowly at first and then pick up the pace to the speed of a normal golf swing.
