Avoiding Early Extension in Your Swing

Michele Low explains the common fault of early extension with three great drills to help you synchronize your swing.

Early Extension is defined as any forward movement (thrust) of the lower body towards the golf ball during the downswing it usually causes two typical misshits, the block to the right (for right handers) and a hook to the left.
