For the more technically minded golfers, I was hitting a 7-iron and here are the launch angle numbers from the video:

With the ball at the normal/center position, the launch angle was 21 degrees;

With the ball ball back in my stance, the launch angle was 18.5 degrees; and

With the ball forward in my stance, the launch angle was 22.5 degrees.
