Get Rid of That Chicken Wing!

LPGA Instructor Meredith Kirk demonstrates an effective practice drill to help you get rid of that dreaded chicken wing.

One of the most common issues with amateur golfers is the dreaded chicken wing, where the lead elbow (left elbow for right-handers) bends through impact and into the follow-through. The chicken winged left arm pulls the clubhead away from the golf ball resulting in a poor quality shot.
