Here’s How to Do the Chase the Ball Drill

Place your golf ball in your stance just outside your front foot, so that it is positioned a little more forward than you typically have it.

Take swings and focus on hitting the ball (which is out in front of where it normally is) essentially causing your body to “chase” the ball forward. This gets your weight forward upon impact.
