Heidi Richardson is a Class A PGA Member with extensive experience in golf instruction and youth development. She has been the Director of Junior Golf and an instructor at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course since 1998, where she also serves as the Site Director for the USGA/LPGA Girls Golf Program, having guided over 300 junior girls.
Heidi's career includes roles as a Tournament and Junior Golf Coordinator at Singing Hills Golf Club and an instructor at Torrey Pines Golf Course. She has received multiple accolades for her work, including the 2020 San Diego Chapter PGA Teacher of the Year Award and numerous Youth and Player Development awards from the San Diego and Southern California PGA sections.
A strong advocate for junior golf, Heidi has served as the San Diego PGA Junior Golf Chair and the San Diego Junior Golf Association Secretary. Her expertise extends to private and on-course instruction for all ages, and she is a published author in publications such as National PGA Magazine.
