Swing More Smoothly with the ‘1 and 2’ Tempo Cue

Do you know how to get properly warmed up before your round or practice session? You will swing better and it helps you avoid injuries. Katie Dahl kicks off this issue with a whole body warm up exercise. In the other lessons this week Erika has a great tempo swing thought, Kellie shows how to brush the grass when chipping, Cathy sets you up to escape the rough, Trillium has a drill for more lag, and Alison helps you swing down the line for straighter shots.
